The score shapes her coverage recommendation — not your budget alone.

Instant Claims Assistant
When a traveler is sick, hurt, or stranded at 2 AM, they don't need a chatbot. They need a protocol. Aria delivers a 5-step emergency response — including carrier-specific emergency phone numbers, exact documents needed per claim type, honest likelihood assessments, and when to escalate to a human specialist. Users can upload images of receipts and medical bills directly in the chat.

Policy Plain English Decoder
Travel insurance policies are written for lawyers. Aria translates them for travelers. She breaks any policy clause into a three-part plain-language response: what it means in simple terms, what it covers and what it excludes, and a real-world example of when it matters. Pre-existing condition exclusions, stability clauses, look-back periods — decoded on demand.

Smart Conversation Memory
Aria holds the full context of every conversation. When a user mentions their destination in message 2 and asks about claims in message 14, Aria references that destination without being re-told. As users move through Trip Details, Traveler Info, Plan Comparison, and Purchase — Aria tracks their step and injects contextual guidance in real time. On the comparison step she explains plan differences in plain English. At checkout she surfaces coverage gaps and handles objections. On mobile, she's one tap away via a floating chat button.

Voice Interface Module
The Voice Interface Module enables hands-free interaction through a browser-native microphone. Travelers experiencing a crisis — sick in a foreign hospital, in transit, or unable to type — can activate Aria with one tap and speak naturally. Aria transcribes in real time, processes intent, and responds both in text and optional audio. The module supports all 12 languages with voice recognition tuned for accented and non-native speakers.

The EI Engine continuously evaluates message sentiment, tone, and linguistic stress markers throughout each conversation. The Command Interface gives Aria direct control over the website. She can navigate to any page, highlight relevant sections, scroll to specific content, and pre-fill quote engine fields — all in response to natural language. A traveler who says 'show me Schengen plans' is taken directly to the right section. Someone saying 'start my quote for Spain' arrives at the quote engine with their destination pre-populated. Aria doesn't just answer — she acts.
